Mobile Home Leveling Cost Calculator
Answer six questions and this will give you the same range we would quote over the phone, built from the prices published on our pricing page rather than from a lead form. No email, no signup, and the answer updates as you go.
Two things worth knowing before you use it. First, the level check that turns this range into a firm number is genuinely free, and the price written at the home does not move afterward. Second, the biggest swing factor in any relevel is pier condition, and nobody, including us, can read that from outside the home. If you have not been underneath, say so in the dropdown and the calculator will show you the honest spread instead of a flattering number.
What will my relevel cost?
Six questions. You get a ballpark range before anyone visits; the level check on site turns it into a real number.
An estimate, not a quote. The firm number is written at the home once every pier has been shot with a water level, and it is yours in writing before any lifting starts.
Frequently Asked Questions
Where do these numbers come from?
The same published tables on our pricing page: $450 to $800 for a singlewide relevel, $750 to $1,400 for a doublewide, $75 to $150 per pier to reset, $150 to $400 per pier to rebuild. The calculator applies the factors that actually move a quote, which are home size, how far out of level it has gone, how much pier work it needs, and how bad the access is underneath.
How accurate is it?
Accurate enough to budget with, and not a quote. It gets the range right for most homes because the variables that matter most are ones you can answer from the living room. What it cannot see is the crawl: crushed pads, a washed-out pier, standing water, or a torn belly. That is what the free level check is for, and the written price you get there does not move afterward.
Why is the range so wide when I pick 'no idea' for pier condition?
Because nobody can honestly narrow it from outside the home. Pier work is the single biggest swing factor in a relevel: the same doublewide can be a straightforward reshim or a job with eight rebuilt piers in it, and the difference runs to over a thousand dollars. Rather than guess low to look good, the calculator shows you the real spread until someone gets under there.
Do I have to give an email to see the result?
No. There is no gate, no signup, and no download. The answer appears on the page as you change the dropdowns, and you can close the tab and never hear from us.
